Storage Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to all customers storing with Drive‑Up Self‑Store. They summarise the key conditions of your Storage Agreement, which you accept during sign‑up. The full legally binding agreement can be viewed at any time in your customer portal.
Your Storage Agreement
By storing with us, you agree to the full terms set out in the Drive‑Up Self‑Store Monthly Storage Contract. This includes:
- Your obligation to pay storage fees monthly in advance
- Your responsibility to ensure your goods are protected at all times
- Your duty to comply with site rules and prohibited‑goods restrictions
- Our right to restrict access, apply charges, or take enforcement action if payments are overdue
- Our right to relocate your unit or terminate the agreement in accordance with the notice periods stated
Your Responsibilities
You must:
- Keep your unit locked and secure and do not add additional locks
- Store only permitted goods
- Keep your contact details up to date
- Ensure the value of your goods is correctly declared
- Report any loss, damage or incident immediately
- Leave the unit clean and undamaged at the end of your agreement
You are responsible for the actions of anyone you allow onto the site.
Prohibited Goods
You must not store hazardous, dangerous, illegal, stolen, perishable, environmentally harmful or explosive goods, or items of high personal or irreplaceable value. Full details are listed in your Storage Agreement.
Payments & Late Fees
Storage fees are payable monthly in advance.
If payment fails or becomes overdue, access may be suspended and late fees may apply.
We may exercise our lien and ultimately sell or dispose of goods if charges remain unpaid.

Protection / Insurance
We do not insure your goods.
You must ensure they are protected at all times through StoreProtect or your own insurance that meets the requirements set out in your Storage Agreement.

Access is permitted during posted access hours.
We may refuse access if fees are overdue or if safety or security is at risk.

Termination
You may end your storage by giving the notice period stated in your Storage Agreement.

Liability
Goods are stored at your sole risk.
